Randomly getting timed out EnviroMC

Hello, keep getting random timeouts on my server. Some folks said it had to do with an Animatronics plugin I had. After contacting the dev, he said there shouldnt be any form of conflict, as it couldve been a conflict between animatronics plugin and ProtocolLib, and after removing the animatronics plugin im still getting timed out every 3 minuets or so:

Completely lost as this has been going on for 5 days now.

That error Connection reset, means that the connection is being actively disconnected.
(checking server side now, only saw client side logs)
From the server side, it stated lost connection: Timed out
If the server stopped getting messages from you
But the client saw a connection reset
usually it means that the device performing NAT between you and the server closed your connection
(typically your router)
If you're using a VPN, this could also be the VPN for example
Or if you're behind CGNAT, it could also be your ISPs CGNAT resetting the connection

@Polish Yea i have no vpn and idek what CGNAT is tbh
i can do a router reset
didn't experience any issue till this month, and previously I didn't have these issue so i truly don't know what happened
